I was never told about the love of God. So, for me, Centering Prayer was like a renewal. It has been an awakening to the knowledge of the love of God. The best gift that God has given me in life is the gift of Centering Prayer. I don’t know how to thank him for all it has done in my life. I feel a much more confident person knowing God’s love for me, much more sure of myself. Above all I discovered how I could share this love with others. I find I understand other people in a more compassionate way. I was very intolerant. I am much more tolerant in understanding others. I don’t demand so much of other people anymore. I think this is the seed that will make a change in the world.
Centrándonos y Despertando al Amor de Dios
Nunca se me dijo nada acerca del amor de Dios. Por lo tanto, para mi la Oración Centrante fue como una renovación. Fue como despertar al hecho de saber del amor de Dios. El mejor regalo que Dios me ha dado en mi vida es el regalo de la Oración Centrante. No sé cómo agradecerle por todo lo que ha hecho en mi vida. Siento que soy una persona mucho más confiada porque conozco el amor que Dios tiene por mi, mucho más segura de mi misma. Ante todo he descubierto como puedo compartir ese amor con los demás. Descubro que comprendo a los otros de manera mucho más compasiva. Era muy intolerante. Soy mucho más tolerante al tratar de entender a los demás. Ya no exijo tanto de los otros. Creo que esta es la semilla que obrará un cambio en el mundo.
