Christ had to take the very lowest place,
so that nobody could take some kind of convoluted satisfaction
in being the worst sinner, or the biggest sinner.
Because that’s an identity.
In the example of Christ’s crucifixion and descent into hell,
we’re invited to let go of any identity at all
except the one that God has had in mind for us
from all eternity.
Not that we existed somewhere from all eternity, ourselves.
But we did exist from all eternity in the mind of God,
as a thought, however casual.

RENUNCIAR A NUESTRA IDENTIDAD
Cristo tuvo que tomar para sí el lugar más bajo,
para que nadie tuviera algún tipo de satisfacción retorcida
de ser el peor pecador, o el más grande.
Porque esa es una identidad.
En el ejemplo de la crucifixión de Cristo y su descenso a los infiernos,
se nos invita a renunciar a cualquier tipo de identidad
excepto la que Dios ha tenido en mente para nosotros
desde toda la eternidad.
No es que nosotros mismos hayamos existido en alguna parte desde toda la eternidad
Pero sí existimos desde toda la eternidad en la mente de Dios,
Como un pensamiento, aunque haya sido casual.

Es necesario que el mundo sepa
que Yo amo al Padre
y obro como El me ha ordenado.
