Centering Prayer has been a vital part of my life for the past 22 years and it is still the soil of my heart in many ways unimagined – especially in allowing God’s word to flourish in the relationship that has borne me up through all my days. It has made me more aware of my true self, of what I am as a child of God: and his presence is something I am mindful of all the days of my life.

La Oración Centrante ha sido una parte vital de mi vida durante los últimos 22 años y aún ahora es la tierra fértil de mi corazón de formas que nunca imaginé – especialmente al permitir que la palabra de Dios haya florecido y se haya convertido en la relación que me sostiene cada día. Me ha hecho ser más consciente de mi verdadero yo, de lo que soy como hijo de Dios: y su presencia es algo de lo que me doy cuenta todos los días de mi vida.
