Centering Prayer has helped me create a relationship with God. There’s so much violence in our world. There’s so much dysfunction in our families, in our communities, in our politics, with all the wars. And this journey with God and being able to be light and airy and peaceful and let go of ourselves and just let God manifest through us, I think it can save the members of our family, the people that we touch each day in our ordinary daily activities. As each person is touched, they touch another person. As we love them like God loves us that energy is surrounding the whole creation and it’s creating – it’s evolving – our whole cosmic consciousness of Christ.

La Oración Centrante me ha ayudado a crear una relación con Dios. Hay tanta violencia en nuestro mundo, Hay tanta disfunción en nuestras familias, en nuestras comunidades, en nuestra política, con nuestras guerras. Y creo que este viaje con Dios, pudiendo permanecer livianos y espaciosos y tranquilos y entregarnos y permitiendo que Dios se manifieste por nuestro intermedio puede salvar a los miembros de nuestras familias, a la gente con la que estamos en contacto todos los días en nuestras actividades. Cuando cada persona es afectada, a su vez afecta a otros. Al amarlos como Dios nos ama esa energía rodea toda la creación y está generando – está desarrollando – la totalidad de nuestra conciencia cósmica de Cristo.
