Centering Prayer has really transformed me in a lot of ways. I see myself more clearly. I’m actually feeling my feelings and my emotions in ways that I never did before. I’ve slowed down and am calmer. I feel that I’m responding to situations and to people today far more easily instead of simply just reacting to those situations. And because of that, I’m able to discern things, to look at things in a different light, and I feel that I’m actually better at figuring out how to either resolve something, or to enhance something, or sometimes it is simply except things the way they are.
La Oración Centrante realmente me ha transformado de muchas maneras. Me veo a mi misma con más claridad. Realmente estoy sintiendo mis sentimientos y mis emociones como nunca antes los sentí. Me he desacelerado y estoy más calmada. Siento que hoy estoy respondiendo a las situaciones y a las personas mucho más fácilmente, en lugar de simplemente reaccionar a esas situaciones. Y debido a eso puedo discernir las cosas, puedo verlas desde una perspectiva diferente, y siento que estoy más capacitada para comprender como resolver algo, o como mejorar algo, o a veces sólo aceptar las cosas como son.
