Due to Centering Prayer I think that I’ve become a more patient person. I’ve become more aware of others. I’ve been able to remain calm through very difficult situations where I would not have been able to do so earlier and I think I have also been able to interact with people on a more even level where I appreciate everyone’s dignity. I became aware of my total dependence on God and I also began to notice that I would worry less about the future, about security, and this kind of thing. It was something that I probably always knew on an intellectual level but I attribute Centering Prayer to my realizing my total dependence on God on a more gut level.
