I was dragged kicking and screaming when I found Centering Prayer. Being an engineer by training and background, I’m a logical thinker and I’m always in my head – always have been.  And, the head is no place to try to define love – although I thought I was doing fine with it. But, obviously, what Centering Prayer taught me was that is an impossibility. You need to get to your heart to define the real important issues and start to be able to relate and have a relational experience really. And so, that influences every minute of my day now with everybody I meet.
