We make our own hell. And so every effort to let go of it is a positive following of the commandment to truly love ourselves and it gives God a chance to suffer less since he’s identified with us and our pain is his pain. He has nothing to suffer of himself but by identifying with us in some way he’s taken the pain of the world into himself and taken it away so that we then can respond to his invitation to join him in co-creating and co-redeeming this universe in which we live.

Hacemos nuestro propio infierno. Y por lo tanto cualquier esfuerzo para dejarlo ir es una manera positiva de cumplir con el mandamiento de amarnos a nosotros mismos, y le da a Dios la oportunidad de sufrir menos, ya que se identifica con nosotros y nuestro dolor es su dolor. No tiene nada que Lo haga sufrir en Sí mismo, pero al identificarse con nosotros de algún modo ha cargado con el dolor del mundo y lo ha quitado, para que entonces podamos responder a su invitación de unirnos a Él en crear y definir conjuntamente este universo en el que vivimos.
