Christian non-duality then is this increasing merging of all our interests and body and soul and emotions into the Body of Christ, the New Creation, who through the Spirit has given us the source of a new motivation, which comes out of the Fruits and Gifts of the Spirit. The self may remain as a kind of uniqueness – that we are a unique creation – but limitations of self from different lower levels of consciousness disappear into ever greater Oneness without having to leave behind the relationships that we had before. In other words, we are building on the previous relationships that were real, but somewhat inadequate compared to what the Transforming Union and unity consciousness might be. The Christian experience of awakening and unity consciousness is a true Oneness that involves the full participation of our humanity – body, soul, and spirit – distinct from the divine nature, but totally absorbed in reality with the realization of God in the degree that God wills for each of us.
Semana del 8 de julio – El Despertar y la Unidad de Conciencia
La no dualidad cristiana, entonces, es la fusión cada vez mayor de todos nuestros intereses, y nuestro cuerpo, alma y emociones, en el Cuerpo de Cristo, la Nueva Creación, que por medio del Espíritu nos ha dado el origen de una nueva motivación, que surge de los Frutos y Dones del Espíritu. El yo puede subsistir como una suerte de singularidad – el hecho de que somos una creación única – pero las limitaciones del yo de los diferentes niveles inferiores de conciencia desaparecen al fundirse en una Unidad más grande sin tener que dejar atrás las relaciones previas, que eran reales, pero de algún modo inadecuadas, si se comparan con lo que podría ser la Unión Transformante la unidad de conciencia. La experiencia cristiana del despertar y la unidad de conciencia es una verdadera Unidad que implica la plena participación de nuestra humanidad – cuerpo, alma y espíritu – distinta de la naturaleza divina, pero totalmente absorta en la realidad, con la realización de Dios en la medida que Dios desee para cada uno de nosotros.
