Scholarship Form
Due to the generosity of our donors, Contemplative Outreach (CO) is happy to offer partial scholarships (up to half of the course fee) toward online courses for individuals in financial need. **If you need additional financial assistance, please communicate this to Donna at office@coutreach.org or call +1-973-838-3384.**Â Each recipient will be responsible for the balance of the course fee at the time of registration.
If you are receiving a scholarship, you will be registered for the online course in a different manner. Please do not register yourself on the Spirituality & Practice website. You will receive a confirmation email from Spirituality & Practice when you are registered, which will refer to the online course as a “gift.” This is just a general confirmation email and does not negate your responsibility for your portion of the scholarship.
Please be mindful: If you are not going to participate in the course, even after the start of the course please communicate this and I will remove you from the list and save those funds for another individual. Thank you.
