Contemplative Outreach will match a scholarship amount awarded by a local sponsoring chapter or retreat house. In-person retreat, program and conference scholarships should be submitted prior to the event and will be awarded after attendance has been confirmed. These applications should come from the sponsoring chapter or retreat house to Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. (rather than directly from the person who will receive the scholarship). For example, if the request is for a $300 scholarship, the scholarship from the Contemplative Outreach Scholarship Fund would match the chapter’s or the retreat house’s; thus, each would provide $150. Special circumstances will be considered.
