Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop

In this workshop participants will learn the method of this way of praying as well as some of the conceptual background that underlies it. They will also have an opportunity to experience this prayer. Suggestions will be offered to enable participants to continue this practice on a daily basis.
This is a one day workshop and lunch is included.
