Deepening Spiritual Practice through Three-Centered Awareness – via Zoom

Phileena Heuertz will lead this Centering Prayer retreat with multiple sessions for integrating mind-body-heart through contemplative practice, including Centering Prayer practice times. This Centering Prayer retreat will begin with a brief introduction to Centering Prayer, practice in contemplative community, and small group sharing about joys and challenges of the practice during the COVID pandemic, racial injustice pandemic, and war in Ukraine on Friday evening, July 29, 5:30-8 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT). Then Phileena will lead us through the day on Saturday, July 30, 9 am – 4 pm CDT, with a series of principles and practices designed to assist our integration of all of our beings into the heart of God.
