8-Day Intensive/Post-Intensive Retreat

Hosted by Contemplative Outreach of Portland (COOP) and Contemplative Outreach of Willamette Valley (COWV).

Dual-track Centering Prayer retreat, silence and sits, Spiritual Journey videos. Includes 7 nights in a private room, private bath, all meals, at recently remodeled St. Benedict’s Guesthouse, Mt. Angel Abbey. Opportunities abound to pray with the monks, walk the stations of the cross in the park-like grounds, or simply soak in expansive views of the Willamette Valley in silence.

The guesthouse is in compliance with State of Oregon Covid-19 prevention recommendations regarding face masks and social distancing. COOP and COWV expect all retreatants to be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to retreat. Elevator and one ADA room available.

Pre-requisites: daily Centering Prayer practice for 6 months; fully vaccinated for Covid >2 weeks prior.
