Community
Contemplative Outreach is an international, interdenominational community of individuals and small prayer groups committed to living the contemplative dimension of the Gospel in everyday life. A commitment to the daily practice of Centering Prayer is the primary expression of belonging, which transcends geographical, cultural and religious differences.
Contemplative Outreach provides material and prayerful support for each level of its community. Individual practitioners, small Centering Prayer groups and local chapters together create a global community of oneness in silence.
This Resource Directory of volunteer service teams may also be useful for contacting people in various roles.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. - Luke 10: 27
