Since I started Centering Prayer, I’m a much better physician – more patience. Thoughts seem to disappear, especially thoughts of having to rush, or be in a hurry – they disappear – and I am able to be in the moment with my patients. And that is such a gift. As far as my family life, everyone says that they benefit from my Centering Prayer because I think it does translate into a much more calm and accepting Anna. There seems to be less anxiousness and certainly it resolved many griefs, many guilts, many sins, the past; and there’s a much more forgiving Anna and that translate into my family life as well.
