The booklet is organized into 25 daily readings and smaller practices, including a daily practice of using the Lord’s Prayer after each of your Centering Prayer periods. You are encouraged to repeat all or a portion of these mini-practices during days 26-40 to bring the Prayer of Forgiveness more deeply into your daily life. Updated September 2021.
